Scale Overview
The Relationships and Activities that Facilitate Recovery Survey – RAFRS was developed by Richard L. Leavy, Alanna B. McGuire, Christina Rhoades, & Richard McCool (2002). It is designed to measure Recovery Facilitators. The scale is intended for use with Mental health consumers.

Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a custom response format.
Response anchors: 0 = No contact, 1 = Made things worse, 2 = No, didn't help, 3 = Yes, helped a little, 4 = Yes, helped a lot.
Scoring
Items are scored by subscale, with each subscale sum representing a distinct dimension.
Administration
The scale is self-administered and typically takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. It can be administered individually or in group settings. No special training is required for administration.
