Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a custom response format.

Scoring
Items are summed to produce a total score.
Total scores range from 0 to 42. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low cumulative stress: 0 – 5
- Moderate cumulative stress: 6 – 12
- High cumulative stress: 13 – 42
