The Organizational Health Inventory for Elementary Schools (OHI-E) was developed by Wayne K. Hoy, C. John Tarter, & Robert B. Kottkamp (1991). It is designed to measure School Organizational Climate. The scale is intended for use with Elementary school teachers and administrators.

This instrument consists of 37 items organized into 5 factors/subscales: Institutional Integrity, Collegial Leadership, Resource Influence, Teacher Affiliation, Academic Emphasis.
