The Ohio Mental Health Consumer Outcomes System – Adult Consumer Form A (OMHCOS) was developed by Ohio Department of Mental Health Office of Program Evaluation and Research (2004). It is designed to measure Mental health consumer outcomes (quality of life, functioning, symptoms, empowerment). The scale is intended for use with Adult mental health consumers.
