Scale Overview
The Mobbing-Related Self-Efficacy Expectations of Teachers – MOB-SWK was developed by Bilz, Schubarth, & Ulbricht (2015). It is designed to measure Mobbing-related self-efficacy expectations of teachers. The scale is intended for use with Teachers and student teachers.
Scale Structure
This instrument consists of 5 items.
Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a custom response format.
Response anchors: 1 = Not at all true, 2 = Hardly true, 3 = Moderately true, 4 = Exactly true.
Scoring
Item scores are averaged to produce a mean score.
Psychometric Properties
Internal Consistency: The scale has demonstrated good to excellent internal consistency with reported Cronbach’s alpha values of Raykov's Rho = .82.
Administration
The scale is self-administered and typically takes approximately 2 minutes to complete. It can be administered individually or in group settings. No special training is required for administration.
