Scale Overview
The Management Position Questionnaire – MPQ was developed by Lyman W. Porter (1961). It is designed to measure Perceived Need Satisfaction. The scale is intended for use with Managers and administrators.

Items are scored by subscale, with each subscale sum representing a distinct dimension.

Administration
