Scale Overview
The Life/Career Values Inventory (LCVI) is a standardized psychological assessment instrument. It is designed to measure Career and Life Values. The scale is intended for use with Adults.
Scale Structure
This instrument consists of 46 items organized into 11 factors/subscales: Career – Recognition, Career – Rewards, Career – Work-Product, Career – Organization, Career – Growth, Life – Community, Life – Family, Life – Friends/Social, Life – Financial, Life – Growth, Life – Recognition.

Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a custom response format.
Response anchors: 1 = No Importance, 2 = 2, 3 = 3, 4 = 4, 5 = 5, 6 = 6, 7 = 7, 8 = 8, 9 = 9, 10 = Very High Importance.
Scoring
Items are scored by subscale, with each subscale sum representing a distinct dimension.
Administration
The scale is self-administered and typically takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. It can be administered individually or in group settings. No special training is required for administration.
