Scale Overview
The Inventory of College Students’ Recent Life Experiences – ICSRLE was developed by Paul M. Kohn, Katherine Lafreniere, & Michael Gurevich (1990). It is designed to measure Daily hassles and perceived stress in college students. The scale is intended for use with College students.

Total scores range from 49 to 196. Interpretation guidelines:
Low Hassles/Stress: 49 – 98
Moderate Hassles/Stress: 99 – 147
High Hassles/Stress: 148 – 196

Internal Consistency: The scale has demonstrated good to excellent internal consistency with reported Cronbach’s alpha values of 0.89.
