Scoring
Items are scored by subscale, with each subscale sum representing a distinct dimension.
Total scores range from 10 to 70. Interpretation guidelines:
- High acceptance of ethically dubious behaviors: 10 – 30
- Moderate acceptance of ethically dubious behaviors: 31 – 50
- Low acceptance of ethically dubious behaviors (High ethical standards): 51 – 70
Psychometric Properties
Internal Consistency: The scale has demonstrated good to excellent internal consistency with reported Cronbach’s alpha values of Support for the company alpha = .84, Protecting the company alpha = .82, Composite alpha = .82.
Administration
