Scale Overview
The General Nordic Questionnaire for Psychological and Social Factors at Work (QPSNordic) was developed by Nordic Council of Ministers (Dallner et al.) (2000). It is designed to measure Psychological and social work environment. The scale is intended for use with Working adults.

This instrument consists of 82 items organized into 9 factors/subscales: Job demands, Role expectations, Control at work, Predictability at work, Mastery of Work, Social interactions, Bullying and harassment, Leadership, Organizational culture and climate.
