Scale Overview
The Ethnic Identity—Teen Conflict Survey was developed by K. Bosworth, D. Espelage (1995). It is designed to measure Respect for diversity and self-ethnic pride. The scale is intended for use with Adolescents.
Scale Structure

Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a 5-point frequency scale (1 = Never to 5 = Always).
Scoring
Items are summed to produce a total score.
Total scores range from 4 to 20. Interpretation guidelines:
- Total Score (Higher scores indicate higher respect for diversity and higher self-ethnic pride): 4 – 20
Administration
