Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a custom response format.
Response anchors: 1 = Completely disagree, 2 = Largely disagree, 3 = Moderately disagree, 4 = Slightly disagree, 5 = Neither agree nor disagree, 6 = Slightly agree, 7 = Moderately agree, 8 = Largely agree, 9 = Completely agree.
Scoring
Items are scored by subscale, with each subscale sum representing a distinct dimension.
Total scores range from 10 to 90. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low (Subscale Score): 10 – 50
- High (Subscale Score): 51 – 90

Internal Consistency: The scale has demonstrated good to excellent internal consistency with reported Cronbach’s alpha values of Adequate internal consistency.
Administration
