The Enterprise Social Media Usage and Employee Creativity Model (ESMU-EC) was developed by Wen Si, Naseer Abbas Khan, Muhammad Ali, Muhammad Waqas Amin, Qianyun Pan (2023). It is designed to measure Enterprise Social Media Usage and Employee Creativity. The scale is intended for use with Employees / Working Adults.

Respondents rate each item using a 7-point Likert scale (1 = Strongly Disagree to 7 = Strongly Agree).
The scale includes 1 reverse-scored items to reduce acquiescence bias.

Items are scored by subscale, with each subscale sum representing a distinct dimension.
Total scores range from 19 to 133. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low agreement / Low levels: 19 – 57
- Moderate agreement / Moderate levels: 58 – 95
- High agreement / High levels: 96 – 133
