Items are scored by subscale, with each subscale sum representing a distinct dimension.
Total scores range from 0 to 108. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low Emotion Regulation Skills: 0 – 40
- Moderate Emotion Regulation Skills: 41 – 80
- High Emotion Regulation Skills: 81 – 108
Psychometric Properties
