Scale Overview
The Early Memories of Warmth and Safeness Scale (EMWSS) was developed by A. Richter, P. Gilbert, & K. McEwan (2009). It is designed to measure Recall of childhood warmth and safeness. The scale is intended for use with Adults.

Scoring
Items are summed to produce a total score.
Total scores range from 0 to 84. Interpretation guidelines:
Total Score (Higher scores indicate greater recall of warmth and safeness in childhood): 0 – 84
