Response anchors: 0 = Not true of us / Never, 1 = A little bit true of us, 2 = Somewhat true of us / Sometimes (once or twice a week), 3 = Moderately true of us, 4 = Very true of us / Often (once a day), 5 = Mostly true of us, 6 = Entirely true of us / Very Often (several times a day).
The scale includes 8 reverse-scored items to reduce acquiescence bias.
