Scale Overview

The Consumer Recovery Outcomes System – CROS 3.0 was developed by Colorado Health Networks Partnership, Bloom, B.L., & Miller, A. (1997). It is designed to measure Mental health recovery outcomes, daily functioning, coping, and quality of life. The scale is intended for use with Adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

Scale Structure

This instrument consists of 38 items organized into 6 factors/subscales: Treatment Satisfaction, Hope for the Future, Daily Functioning, Coping with Clinical Symptoms, Quality of Life, Treatment Specific.
