The Collaboration and Shared Responsibility in Team Teaching Scale (CSTT) was developed by Aron Decuyper, Hanne Tack, Bénédicte Vanblaere, Mathea Simons, Ruben Vanderlinde (2023). It is designed to measure Collaboration and Shared Responsibility in Team Teaching. The scale is intended for use with Teachers with team teaching experience.

Total scores range from 15 to 75. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low Collaboration and Shared Responsibility: 15 – 35
- Moderate Collaboration and Shared Responsibility: 36 – 55
- High Collaboration and Shared Responsibility: 56 – 75

Internal Consistency: The scale has demonstrated good to excellent internal consistency with reported Cronbach’s alpha values of Collaboration alpha = 0.949, Shared responsibility alpha = 0.879.
Administration
The scale is self-administered and typically takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. It can be administered individually or in group settings. No special training is required for administration.
