The Authoritarianism-Rebellion Scale – A-R Scale was developed by Paul M. Kohn (1972). It is designed to measure Authoritarianism and Rebellion. The scale is intended for use with Adults.
Scale Structure

Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a 5-point agreement scale (1 = Strongly Disagree to 5 = Strongly Agree).
The scale includes 15 reverse-scored items to reduce acquiescence bias.

Items are summed to produce a total score.
