Response Format

Response anchors: 1 = Very Untrue, 2 = 2, 3 = 3, 4 = 4, 5 = 5, 6 = 6, 7 = Very True.
Scoring
Item scores are averaged to produce a mean score.
Total scores range from 1 to 7. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low appreciation of remaining time: 1 – 3
- Moderate appreciation of remaining time: 4 – 5
- High appreciation of remaining time: 6 – 7

Internal Consistency: The scale has demonstrated good to excellent internal consistency with reported Cronbach’s alpha values of Test-Retest Reliability ICC = .78.
