Scale Overview
The Aesthetic Capital Scale (ACS) was developed by Yung-Sen Lin, Wen-Shiung Huang, Kao-Sheng Chen, Chun-Yi Wu (2024). It is designed to measure Aesthetic Capital. The scale is intended for use with Hospitality Industry Front-Line Employees.
Scale Structure
This instrument consists of 18 items organized into 5 factors/subscales: Personal Attire Capital, Social Exchange Capital, Outward Investment Capital, Education Investment Capital, Multicultural Capital.

Internal Consistency: The scale has demonstrated good to excellent internal consistency with reported Cronbach’s alpha values of Cronbach's alpha ranged from 0.73 to 0.87 for the subscales.
Administration
The scale is self-administered and typically takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. It can be administered individually or in group settings. No special training is required for administration.
