Scale Structure

Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a custom response format.
Response anchors: 1 = Not at all confident, 2 = Somewhat confident, 3 = Moderately confident, 4 = Very confident, 5 = Completely confident.
Scoring
Items are summed to produce a total score.
Total scores range from 12 to 60. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low Self-Efficacy: 12 – 27
- Moderate Self-Efficacy: 28 – 44
- High Self-Efficacy: 45 – 60
Psychometric Properties
Internal Consistency: The scale has demonstrated good to excellent internal consistency with reported Cronbach’s alpha values of α = .95.
Administration
