For instance, a culture that genuinely values experimentation and learning facilitates higher levels of innovation than one that punishes failure.
Culture is also intrinsically linked to successful mergers and acquisitions (M&A). A staggering number of M&A failures are attributed not to financial issues but to the clash of incompatible organizational cultures.
