TELEONOMY

noun. 1. the property of being objective-directed with regard to structures, operations, and actions which is a basic trait of living organisms. 2. the obviously directional or “deliberate” personality of evolutionary acclimation. 3. the scientific analysis of living organisms with regard to evolutionary acclimation.
