TRANSITIVITY

1. the quality of a union across components that the union transfers among components. For instance, a transitive union would be: If a > b, and b > c, a > c must also be true. 2. Reference: stimulant equivalence.

TRANSITIVITY: “You may have learned concepts of transitivity as early as junior high math courses.”
