Scoring
Items are summed to produce a total score.
Total scores range from 12 to 60. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low frequency/intensity of sexual daydreaming: 12 – 24
- Moderate frequency/intensity of sexual daydreaming: 25 – 44
- High frequency/intensity of sexual daydreaming: 45 – 60
Psychometric Properties
Internal Consistency: The scale has demonstrated good to excellent internal consistency with reported Cronbach’s alpha values of 0.87 – 0.93.
