Total scores range from 11 to 55. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low Dieting Self-Efficacy: 11 – 27
- Moderate Dieting Self-Efficacy: 28 – 43
- High Dieting Self-Efficacy: 44 – 55

Internal Consistency: The scale has demonstrated good to excellent internal consistency with reported Cronbach’s alpha values of α = .82 – .87.
