Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a custom response format.
Response anchors: 1 = Very Unenjoyable / Very Negative / Very Dissatisfied, 5 = Neutral / Moderately Positive / Moderately Satisfied, 10 = Very Enjoyable / Very Positive / Very Satisfied.
Scoring
Items are scored by subscale, with each subscale sum representing a distinct dimension.
Total scores range from 1 to 10. Interpretation guidelines:
- Enjoyment rating range per activity (Scale A): 1 – 10
- Daily evaluation rating range (Questions 3, 6, 7): 1 – 5
