The Francis Scale of Attitude toward Christianity – Adult Version (ASC4B) was developed by Leslie J. Francis (1987). It is designed to measure Attitude toward Christianity. The scale is intended for use with Adults.
Scale Structure

Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a custom response format.
Response anchors: 1 = Disagree strongly, 2 = Disagree, 3 = Not certain, 4 = Agree, 5 = Agree strongly.
The scale includes 8 reverse-scored items to reduce acquiescence bias.
Scoring
Items are summed to produce a total score.
