Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a custom response format.
Response anchors: 1 = Very dissatisfied, 2 = Dissatisfied, 3 = Neutral, 4 = Satisfied, 5 = Very satisfied.
Scoring
Items are summed to produce a total score.
Total scores range from 18 to 90. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low satisfaction: 18 – 36
- Moderate satisfaction: 37 – 71
- High satisfaction: 72 – 90
