Scale Overview
The On-the-Job Behaviors Scale (OJB) was developed by Lehman, W. E. K., & Simpson, D. D. (1992). It is designed to measure On-the-job behaviors. The scale is intended for use with Employees / Working adults.

This instrument consists of 22 items organized into 4 factors/subscales: Positive work behaviors, Psychological withdrawal behaviors, Physical withdrawal behaviors, Antagonistic work behaviors.
