The Information Elaboration Survey – FIT was developed by Fischer & Hüttermann (2020). It is designed to measure Information Elaboration in Teams. The scale is intended for use with Working teams and groups.

This instrument consists of 5 items organized into 5 factors/subscales: Information Exchange, Information Acquisition, Information Combination, Discussion of Newly Developed Ideas, Result-Oriented Integration of Newly Developed Ideas.
