Scale Overview
The Work Orientation Scale (ALLBUS) was developed by Davis, Smith, & Stephenson (1982). It is designed to measure Work Orientation. The scale is intended for use with Adults.
Scale Structure

Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a custom response format.
Response anchors: 1 = Most important, 2 = Second most important, 3 = Third most important, 4 = Fourth most important, 5 = Fifth most important.
Scoring
Items are summed to produce a total score.

Internal Consistency: The scale has demonstrated good to excellent internal consistency with reported Cronbach’s alpha values of Cronbach's alpha = 0.73.
Administration
