The Subjective Satisfaction and Stress of Work and Occupation Scale was developed by Weyer, G., Hodapp, V., & Neuhäuser, G. (1980). It is designed to measure Job satisfaction, working atmosphere, and work stress. The scale is intended for use with Working adults.

This instrument consists of 30 items organized into 3 factors/subscales: Job and Occupational Satisfaction, Positive Working Atmosphere, Work and Occupational Stress.
