Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a 5-point Likert scale (1 = Strongly Disagree to 5 = Strongly Agree).

Total scores range from 119 to 595. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low Effectiveness / Low Leadership Behavior Frequency: 119 – 238
- Moderate Effectiveness / Moderate Leadership Behavior Frequency: 239 – 476
- High Effectiveness / High Leadership Behavior Frequency: 477 – 595
