The Franchisee-Franchisor Trust – Measurement Model was developed by Evelien P. M. Croonen, Thijs L. J. Broekhuizen, Maryse J. Brand (2025). It is designed to measure Franchisee trust, network control, and exit intentions. The scale is intended for use with Franchisees.

Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a 5-point Likert scale (1 = Strongly Disagree to 5 = Strongly Agree).
The scale includes 2 reverse-scored items to reduce acquiescence bias.

Items are scored by subscale, with each subscale sum representing a distinct dimension.
