The Behavior-Cognition-Affect-Behavioral Intention Model Questionnaire – BCABI Model was developed by Cao, Limei; Xie, Dengming; Qu, Ying (2023). It is designed to measure Pre-trip involvement, satisfaction with the co-creation experience, place attachment, and destination loyalty. The scale is intended for use with Tourists.

Total scores range from 17 to 119. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low Agreement / Low Engagement: 17 – 51
- Moderate Agreement / Moderate Engagement: 52 – 85
- High Agreement / High Engagement: 86 – 119
Psychometric Properties
Internal Consistency: The scale has demonstrated good to excellent internal consistency with reported Cronbach’s alpha values of Cronbach's alpha: 0.755 – 0.923 (Sample 1), 0.682 – 0.882 (Sample 2).
Administration
The scale is self-administered and typically takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. It can be administered individually or in group settings. No special training is required for administration.
