Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a custom response format.
Response anchors: -2.5 = Strongly disagree, -1.5 = Disagree, -0.5 = Somewhat disagree, 0.5 = Somewhat agree, 1.5 = Agree, 2.5 = Strongly agree.
Scoring
Item scores are averaged to produce a mean score.
