The Continuous Visiting Behavior – Measurement Model (CVB-MM) was developed by Cahigas, M. M. L., Prasetyo, Y. T., Nadlifatin, R., Persada, S. F., & Gumasing, M. J. J. (2023). It is designed to measure Tourist Behavior. The scale is intended for use with Adults (18 years and older).

This instrument consists of 55 items organized into 11 factors/subscales: Passive Uncertainty, Interactive Uncertainty, Perceived Performance, Confirmation, Physical Environment, Food and Beverage, Attitude of Employees, Service Experience, Price Acceptance, Tourist Satisfaction, Continuous Visiting Behavior.
