Scale Overview
The Continuous Visiting Behavior – Measurement Model (CVB-MM) was developed by Maela Madel L. Cahigas, Yogi Tri Prasetyo, Reny Nadlifatin, Satria Fadil Persada, Ma. Janice J. Gumasing (2023). It is designed to measure Tourist Behavior. The scale is intended for use with Filipino Adult Participants.

This instrument consists of 55 items organized into 11 factors/subscales: Passive Uncertainty, Interactive Uncertainty, Perceived Performance, Confirmation, Physical Environment, Food and Beverage, Attitude of Employees, Service Experience, Price Acceptance, Tourist Satisfaction, Continuous Visiting Behavior.

Items are scored by subscale, with each subscale sum representing a distinct dimension.
Total scores range from 55 to 275. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low Acceptance/Satisfaction: 55 – 128
- Moderate Acceptance/Satisfaction: 129 – 201
- High Acceptance/Satisfaction: 202 – 275
Psychometric Properties
Internal Consistency: The scale has demonstrated good to excellent internal consistency with reported Cronbach’s alpha values of Cronbach's alphas ranged from .73 to .91.
Administration
The scale is self-administered and typically takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. It can be administered individually or in group settings. No special training is required for administration.
