The Cultural Inheritance-Based Innovation Scale – CIBI Scale was developed by Wang, M.-Y., Li, Y.-Q., Ruan, W.-Q., Zhang, S.-N., & Li, R. (2023). It is designed to measure Cultural Inheritance-Based Innovation. The scale is intended for use with Tourists (Adults).

- Moderate perceived cultural innovation: 39 – 65
- High perceived cultural innovation: 66 – 91
