Scale Overview
The Conflict Resolution Style Scale – Aggression Subscale was developed by Slaby, R. G., & Guerra, N. G. (1988). It is designed to measure Aggressive response tendencies in conflict situations. The scale is intended for use with Adolescents (specifically males aged 12-16).
Scale Structure
This instrument consists of 10 items organized into 2 factors/subscales: Verbal Aggression, Physical Aggression.

Response Format

- Moderate aggressive tendency: 4 – 7
- High aggressive tendency: 8 – 10
Administration
The scale is self-administered and typically takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. It can be administered individually or in group settings. No special training is required for administration.
