Response Format

Total scores range from 0 to 64. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low Anxiety: 0 – 16
- Mild Anxiety: 17 – 32
- Moderate Anxiety: 33 – 48
- Severe Anxiety: 49 – 64
Administration
