Response anchors: 0 = 0 (Not at all / Externally focused), 1 = 1, 2 = 2 (Rarely / Slightly), 3 = 3, 4 = 4 (Sometimes / Definitely / Both equally), 5 = 5, 6 = 6 (Often / Markedly), 7 = 7, 8 = 8 (Always / Severely / Self-focused).
Scoring
Items are summed to produce a total score.
Total scores range from 0 to 48. Interpretation guidelines:
- Mild: 0 – 12
- Moderate: 13 – 24
- Severe: 25 – 36
- Very Severe: 37 – 48
