The General Nordic Questionnaire for Psychological and Social Factors at Work (QPSNordic) was developed by Dallner, M., Elo, A. L., Gamberale, F., Hottinen, V., Knardahl, S., Lindström, K., Skogstad, A., & Ørhede, E. (2000). It is designed to measure Psychosocial work environment and organizational climate. The scale is intended for use with Working adults.

Response Format

Response anchors: 1 = Very seldom or never, 2 = Rather seldom, 3 = Sometimes, 4 = Rather often, 5 = Very often or always.
Scoring
Items are scored by subscale, with each subscale sum representing a distinct dimension.
Total scores range from 1 to 5. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low level of the dimension: 1 – 2
- Moderate level of the dimension: 3 – 3
- High level of the dimension: 4 – 5
