Response Format

Total scores range from 16 to 80. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low Self-Esteem: 16 – 47
- Moderate Self-Esteem: 48 – 64
- High Self-Esteem: 65 – 80

Internal Consistency: The scale has demonstrated good to excellent internal consistency with reported Cronbach’s alpha values of Self-liking Alpha: 0.88, Self-competence Alpha: 0.79.
