Scale Overview
The Parental Support for Fighting Scale was developed by Pamela Orpinas, Nicholas Murray, Steven Kelder (1999). It is designed to measure Parental support for fighting and conflict resolution. The scale is intended for use with Adolescents and youth.

This instrument consists of 10 items organized into 2 factors/subscales: Aggressive Solutions, Non-Aggressive Solutions.

- High perception of parental support for the subscale strategy: 0 – 1
Administration
The scale is self-administered and typically takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. It can be administered individually or in group settings. No special training is required for administration.
