Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a custom response format.
Response anchors: 1 = Definitely Disagree / Never / Very Underweight / Very Dissatisfied, 2 = Mostly Disagree / Rarely / Somewhat Underweight / Mostly Dissatisfied, 3 = Neither Agree Nor Disagree / Sometimes / Normal Weight / Neither Satisfied nor Dissatisfied, 4 = Mostly Agree / Often / Somewhat Overweight / Mostly Satisfied, 5 = Definitely Agree / Very Often / Very Overweight / Very Satisfied.
The scale includes 20 reverse-scored items to reduce acquiescence bias.
Scoring
Items are scored by subscale, with each subscale sum representing a distinct dimension.

Internal Consistency: The scale has demonstrated good to excellent internal consistency with reported Cronbach’s alpha values of Cronbach's alpha ranges from 0.70 to 0.90 for subscales.
Administration
