Scale Structure
This instrument consists of 30 items organized into 3 factors/subscales: Negative Emotion, Positive Emotion, Emotion Control.

Response Format

Scoring
Items are scored by subscale, with each subscale sum representing a distinct dimension.
Total scores range from 30 to 150. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low emotional intensity/regulation: 30 – 70
- Moderate emotional intensity/regulation: 71 – 110
- High emotional intensity/regulation: 111 – 150
