The WHOQOL Spirituality, Religiousness and Personal Beliefs – WHOQOL-SRPB was developed by WHOQOL Group (2002). It is designed to measure Spirituality, Religiousness, and Personal Beliefs in Quality of Life. The scale is intended for use with Adults.

Response anchors: 1 = Not at all / Very dissatisfied, 2 = A little / Slightly / Dissatisfied, 3 = Moderately / Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, 4 = Very / Mostly / Satisfied, 5 = Extremely / Completely / Very satisfied.
Scoring
Items are scored by subscale, with each subscale sum representing a distinct dimension.

Administration
